Shipping Updates

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $99.

For U.S. Customers

  • We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

  • U.S. orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on location.

For International Customers

  • Orders are checked and packed within 5 business days.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you via email.

  • International deliveries typically take 7–28 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We currently cover all customs duties and fees for shipments to the following countries:
USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.

For all other countries:

  • We do our best to help you avoid customs charges, but if customs duties, taxes, or fees occur, they are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package.

  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages if recipients refuse to pay customs taxes or duties.

Delivery

  • We cannot refund or replace packages that are confirmed as delivered.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete, correct, and secure.

  • Orders not received due to incorrect, incomplete, or insecure addresses cannot be refunded.

  • Packages marked undelivered due to address issues may be resent only after they are returned to us, and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Post Office Collection

In rare cases, customers may need to pick up their package from the local post office.

Please note:

  • We cannot issue refunds if a customer refuses to pick up their package.

  • We cannot refund or replace packages refused by the recipient.

  • Packages will not be returned to our warehouse, as shipments come from overseas.
